Delete your Compound account
Email us and we will delete the account. Send it from the address you sign in with. If it comes from anywhere else, we reply to the account's own address and ask you to confirm from there; we never delete an account on an address that is only named in the message.
What is deleted, and when
Your account and the copy it holds of your settings, gyms, programs, history, readiness check-ins and suggestions, and anything you shared with usage or Help improve the programs, tied to the account. It is removed within 30 days of your request, and we email the account's address when it is done.
What deleting does not do
A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in your store's subscription settings. Training saved on your phone stays there unless you remove it. The privacy policy has the rest.
